We invite you to attend our March professional development meeting. We have an excellent speaker and this will be a joint meeting with PMAL.

Speaker: Terry Lunn

Terry Lunn CFPIM, CIRM is a certified APICS instructor and internationally known speaker. He is qualified to teach certification reviews for all areas of the APICS body of knowledge including all the AMES, CPIM, CIRM, Train the Trainer and LDI curriculums. Terry has done excellent work in companies such as FMC Corporation, Federal Express and Arvin Automotive. He has also been recognized as “Best Case Study” – APICS International Conference and “Best Speaker” - World Symposium South Africa.

Topic: “Four Ways to Triple Your Inventory Turns”.

The objective of this program is to demonstrate how companies improve their inventory turns. We shall compare and contrast companies that use the same concepts, with differing focus, to move inventory turns from 3 to 10 plus at the high end from 20 to 60. These techniques catalogue into the areas of speed, accuracy, attitude and postponement. We will examine their specific processes along with soft skills such as communications and teamwork.
