We invite you to attend our first meeting in 2009. We have an excellent speaker and the topic is timely for all organizations.

Speaker: Jeff Korfhage

Topic: “Sustaining Continuous Improvement in Today's World".

Our speaker is Jeff Korfhage from Safetran Systems in Louisville. Jeff’s topic is “Sustaining Continuous Improvement in Today's World". Safetran also operates in a lean environment and their continuous improvement activities are integral to the success of the organization.

Jeff is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is also a certified trainer and has conducted 5S training (workplace organization) for over 400 employees. Jeff has set up work cells on the production floor and works with production personnel on a regular basis implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

He has an extensive knowledge of lean principles gained from over eight years experience with lean manufacturing. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
